College 3D BIM & 3D Underground Utilities Modelling

Tower Surveys Associates Ltd was commissioned to provide a 3D BIM model (LOD 3) in Revit for a college, based on 3D scan data, topographical survey of the site and an underground utility survey.

The project involved accurately modelling all buildings within the designated area, capturing the external envelopes as well as the services of the site. The final deliverables were provided in Revit, DWG and PDF formats, with data structured for seamless integration into the client's BIM workflow, transforming multiple survey inputs into an intelligent digital asset for future planning and development.
