External Streetscape Modelling

Through delivering highly accurate Revit models of existing streetscapes, we have empowered our clients to design and develop proposals that are sensitive and responsive to the surrounding built environment.

These external streetscapes were modelled directly in Revit using detailed 3D point cloud data, providing a precise digital representation of the existing conditions. This approach offers significant value across multiple sectors, including architectural design, rights of light assessments, planning applications, urban planning, and infrastructure development.

As-built external environments were accurately modelled and delivered in a range of formats and Levels of Detail (LODs) to suit different project requirements and to enable seamless integration with other platforms such as Revit, AutoCAD, InfraWorks, Navisworks, Lumion, and Enscape for further analysis and visualisation.

The rapid and highly precise delivery of these models has significantly enhanced contextual design. With real-world site data embedded into the Revit environment, architects can now develop proposals that are more responsive to the existing surroundings and better aligned with planning and urban design objectives.
