Precision 3D Modelling for Space Planning of Laundry Site

We were commissioned to create a detailed 3D model of a dry-cleaning and laundrette warehouse to assist with space planning for new machinery installations. The site presented several challenges, including a compact, multi-level layout, uneven runners, and complex pipe and ductwork configurations.

To overcome these obstacles, we conducted extensive laser scans to ensure every area was accurately captured. When modelling the runners, we calculated an average path rather than displaying every minor undulation, providing a practical and functional representation.

The final model delivered a highly accurate solution, enabling seamless planning and integration of new machinery within the facility.
