We were entrusted with delivering a highly detailed Scan-to-BIM survey for the iconic Grade II listed Town Hall, blending cutting-edge technology with heritage conservation. This project required an ultra-precise laser point cloud survey, the creation of a comprehensive 3D Revit model, and a 2D topographical plan, all designed to support future renovations and maintenance.
Accuracy was paramount. Our team meticulously captured the building’s intricate architectural details, structural elements, and essential MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems, ensuring modelling tolerances as fine as 15mm. External site features, including pathways, signage, and key landscape elements, were also integrated into the final dataset.
